Usability Test & Trial

The objective of the WP is to test the MUMMY portal against usability and ergonomic aspects in the real-world of technical service, as well as within facility management. The goal is to improve the overall MUMMY system and get feedback for further R&D work on the project.
The work carried out in this WP will start with the application trial definition directly after business processes have been analysed and possible use cases have been specified in WP1. The trial preparation step follows, in which all the needed material for the trial execution are collected and the special requirements and amounts are communicated and interchanged with WP5 and the R&D WPs. After the trials have been planned and developed, modules are available for the usability test and later the trials are executed. Finally, an evaluation report will be written. As early as possible, this WP will deliver the evaluation results back to the development WP and the R&D WP so that the suggestions for improvement can be incorporated in further R&D and, if possible, into the MUMMY portal for final presentation at the end of the project.
